We have a uni-level platform that pays as follows:
20% on level 1

20% on level 2

10% on level 3

5% on level 4

5% on level 5.

Each enrolled distributor/member is qualified to earn commissions on retail sales of product ordered online via their replicated web site shopping cart.

This would be the difference between retail and distributor pricing.

In order for a distributor/member to receive royalties on volume generated by their downline, they must first qualify as active for that reporting calendar month.

The monthly maintenance to qualify as active is 60 pv.

Also aside from being personally active, the following qualifications apply:

To receive 20% royalty on your first level, you must have a minimum of 1 active personally sponsored distributor in that reporting period (month) (Bronze Distributor)

To receive 20% royalty on your second level, you must have a minimum of 2 active personally sponsored distributors in that reporting period (Silver Distributor)

To receive 10% royalty on your third level, you must have a minimum of 3 active personally sponsored distributors in that reporting period (Gold Distributor)

To receive 5% royalty on level four, you must have a minimum of 4 personally sponsored active distributors in the same reporting period (Platinum Distributor)

To receive 5% royalty on level 5, you must have a minimum of 5 personally sponsored active distributors in the same reporting period (Diamond Distributor)

We would also like to add the following positions based on the outlined criteria:

Have 1 personally sponsored distributor qualify as a "Diamond Distributor"

Receive a 1% Infinity Bonus

"Silver Executive"

Qualify as a "Diamond Distributor"

Have 2 personally sponsored distributors qualify as "Diamond Distributors"

Receive a 2% Infinity Bonus

"Gold Executive"

Qualify as a "Diamond Distributor

Have 3 personally sponsored distributors qualify as "Diamond Distributors"

Receive a 3% Infinity Bonus

"Platinum Executive"

Qualify as a "Diamond Distributor

Have 4 personally sponsored distributors qualify as "Diamond Distributors"

Receive a 4% Infinity Bonus

"Diamond Executive"

Qualify as a "Diamond Distributor"

Have 5 personally sponsored distributors qualify as "Diamond Distributors"

Receive a 5% Infinity Bonus

Infinity bonuses are paid to qualifying executives in addition to royalties normally paid to each distributor based on qualifications in our 5 level uni-level compensation plan.
Infinity bonuses are paid from level 6 to infinity or until reaching another qualifying Executive of equal or higher status.
When reaching another Executive of lesser status, Infinity bonus would continue on at the difference between the two rates until reaching an Executive of equal or greater status.
